From the supplier: A Texas appellate court ruled in Fowler v. Jones that a lesbian mother could sue her former partner for visitation rights. The case represented a rare victory for this mother, since she lost custody of this child when an earlier court decided her lesbianism made her an unfit parent. At this time, her mother received custody of the child.
